offer a new and exciting approach to fitness that challenges you, keeps you motivated and best of all, it gets you RESULTS.
Our programs are easily
incorporated into your busy schedule.
XDrill
is based on Army fitness drills, which are a very dynamic, high intensity
form of exercise. This will help burn maximum body
fat while increasing your strength, stamina and endurance. We
have added elements from Yoga and Pilates, to increase your flexibility
and core abdominal strength as well as improve your posture, reduce stress
and help you to relax.
For overall well-being it is very important to eat healthy, nutritious
food. That's why our program will provide you with a nutrition plan and
the motivation and ongoing support you need to achieve your goals.
All of these factors result in a balanced, mind and body workout that
will produce the results you desire.
Our Promise:
Give us your best effort for 60 minutes, three times a week, follow our
nutritional program, and you will see and feel the results in eight
weeks.
